The Walking Whisky Tour is available from Tuesday to Thursday each week, visit three iconic venues— Pearl Diver, Nick & Nora’s, and Eau-De-Vie—where you’ll enjoy a Glenlivet whisky cocktail, a 15ml nip of whisky and a paired snack at each stop. The Clipper
The Glenlivet Founders Reserve Scotch Whisky, apple & chestnut liqueur,
lime and lemon juice, house pomegranate grenadine, Pernod Absinthe.
A punchy riff on the classic Pan American Clipper. Pomegranate is the star of the show, paired with winter flavours of apple and chestnut that work wonderfully with Scotch Whisky.

Nick & Nora’s is a cocktail and Champagne bar that brings the golden era of glamorous and decadent post prohibition soirees to the modern day, in the heart of Melbourne.

Deerstalker
The Deerstalker – frequently donned by the head of hunters but more commonly associated with the one and only Sherlock Holmes – experience the mystery through a cloud of lemon fog with this bitter-sweet encore of flavours from anise to alpine herbs.
The Glenlivet Founders Reserve Whisky, wormwood, port, Becherovka, Cynar, lemon fog; served down.

The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve is an elegant single malt aged in Limousin oak, adding richness and depth.

Palate: Silky and complex, with flavours of toasted almonds, baked apple, and vanilla
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of spice and sweet oak

The Glenlivet is the whisky that started it all. Founded in 1824 by George Smith, it was the first distillery to obtain a license after the Excise Act of 1823 reformed whisky taxation. This made it possible for distillers to operate legally and ending the widespread production of illegal “moonshine”.
