With more than 40 years in the hospitality industry between them, including owning and operating the successful consultancy agency Behind Bars, The Speakeasy Group directors Sven Almenning & Greg Sanderson are passionate about sharing their knowledge and passion with the greater industry through consultancies and training.
Everything from menu creation, brand strategy and development, staff training and procedure implementation to costing & financial reporting, Sven, Greg and their team draw on their experience to assist new or existing businesses to grow, adapt and innovate.
