“HAVEN’T THE FOGGIEST”
Spiced Havana 7yr, Martell VS, pisco, cashew orgeat, mango, lime, oolong, oloroso float
A lovely spicy and smoky twist on the classic Fog Cutter cocktail. Nutty, refreshing with layers of baking spice running through the cocktail, giving a fantastic bang on the palate. Served over crushed ice, this cocktail is one you will definitely want twice!
About Havana Club 7
Años
Crafted for sipping and mixing alike, Havana Club 7
Años is a dark rum matured in ex-Bourbon barrels. The
slow ageing process unlocks the rich flavours of Cuban
terroir — aromatic tobacco, tropical fruits, molasses,
spices, and warm vanilla. Serve neat, on the rocks, or as
the foundation of your favourite cocktail.
About Eau-De-Vie
A bar straight out of 1920s Prohibition America, from the moment you walk in, you are transported back to a much-forgotten era.
“AFTER MIDNIGHT”
Plymouth Sloe Gin, red vermouth blend, Creme de Cassis,
Little Drippa Cold Brew, Brookies Mac, cream
For when the night’s nearly over but you’re not
quite ready to go home. Cold brew, macadamia and
vermouth tangle with dark berries and cassis for a
dirtier take on the espresso martini. Smooth, bitter,
and just indulgent enough to order another.

Rooted in English tradition, Plymouth Sloe Gin
is crafted by steeping wild sloe berries in classic
Plymouth Gin, creating a deep ruby liqueur with a
rich, fruit-forward profile. Layers of ripe plum, red
berries, and subtle almond unfold, balanced by gentle
sweetness and a touch of citrus brightness. The palate
is smooth yet vibrant, finishing with a soft, lingering
warmth that feels both refined and timeless.
