“THE AER LINGUS”
Jameson Irish Whiskey, Lucano Amaro, fresh lemon, Szechuan pepper & cinnamon-spiced agave, pimento berry bitters
An Irish twist on the Paper Plane. Bright citrus and gentle
sweetness lead, followed by layered bitterness from Lucano Amaro. Szechuan pepper brings a subtle tingle, while cinnamon-spiced agave adds warmth and roundness.
